Our Path to Humanitarian Service

AttaqwaFoundation 2021-2026

    • Launch of Attaqwa Foundation

    • Provide meals for the students at Khairiya English and Arabic School.

    • Visited and distributed food aid to Madrasatul Sharif Islam at Sekondi

    • Provide food aid to Mr. Ahmed from a village in Cape Coast who was in need of food.

    • Launch of our 1st Feed the Street Project ( food distribution for the less privilege)

    • Cemetery Clean Up Project

    • Renovation Project of Trotro Station Mosque

    • Launch of our 1st Ramadan Iftar Food distribution at different Mosques. ( Takoradi Central Mosque, Zamway Mosque, Kojokrom Mosque, Sekondi Zongo Central Mosque, Effiakuma Central Mosque,

    • Water & refreshment support to Madrasatul Khairiya English and Arabic School

    • Launch of first Eid Al Adha kids party. ( provide food and snacks to the children)

    • Request for support of construction for Diabene Central Mosque

    • Ramadan Zakat Al-fitr at Asorkor Asaman

    • Visited the National Chief Imam of Ghana

    • Donation of soft drinks and bottled water to Madrasatul Khairiya - Takoradi

    • Donation of toilet seats and urinals to Masjid

    • Distribution of Tables, Desks, and chairs to various Madrasas in need

    • Donation of Horn Speaker and Mic to Masjid at Kwesimintsim

    • Clean up project at Takoradi Cemetery partnership with Faydhan Foundation

    • Donation to the orphanage home at Daboase

    • Donation of sujada (prayer mat ) to Imam of Sekondi Trotro station

    • Ramadan Project Iftar food distribution at various mosque

    • Distribution of Quran and other Islamic books to multiple schools for the students of (Madrasatul Tarbiyyatu Al Islamiyya, Madrasatul Alhazhariya, Madrasatul Nurul Islam, Madrasatul Masjid Taqwa, Madrasatul Adabiya, Madrasatul Badariya, Madrasatul Imadu Deen

    • Our first Quranic Recitation Program ( 17 Madrasas Participated)

    • Did our first Qurbani Donations

    • Qurban meat distribution to widows in our community

    • Partnering with different schools in Western Region- Ghana to help provide the youth with the necessary skills and resources needed to succeed.

    • Annual Eid Al Adha Kids Party ( food and refreshments distribution to kids)

      ( feeding the needy on streets of Sekondi / Takoradi

    • Visited the National Chief Imam of Ghana his Eminence ( Sheikh Dr. Usumanu Nuhu Sharubutu.

    • Distributions of desks and benches to Madrasas in Sekondi Takoradi.

    • Held a Free Community Health Screening for all community members.

    As part of the Attaqwa Foundation 5th Anniversary Celebration, we are proud to organize a Free Skills Training Programme to equip participants with practical pastry-making skills for self-employment and financial independence.

    Participants will receive hands-on training in:

    As part of our 5th Anniversary Celebration, Attaqwa Foundation is proud to distribute school uniforms and exercise books to less privileged students in selected English and Arabic schools across Effiakuma and Takoradi.

    This initiative is our way of ensuring that every child, regardless of their circumstances, has the opportunity to learn with confidence and dignity. Together, we are building brighter futures through compassion, education, and community support.
